Super nice atmosphere and food - Edit
Went here because of a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. They have the vegan dishes clearly marked, the rice noodle main dish is marked as vegan and the miso ramen can also be made vegan instead of vegetarian. Staff is very nice and helpful and know around veganism. Can really recommend a visit when in Malmö.

Many choices for noodle lovers - Edit
I love how they prepared hand-pulled noodles. Although the sauce was a bit too salty, the noodle itself was deli. Chewy and unique.

Best ramen - Edit
Delicious ramen soup for vegans. They have at least one but often two vegan dishes and they are worth the price. Best ramen in Malmö for sure. Great place to sit and eat at if you ate alone.

this restaurant/stand is located in a "foodhall". There is something for everyone! Very good meal, but very spicy 🌶

Tasty noodle soup - Edit
Unfortunately there's was no completely vegan option to choose this time. The chef needed to exclude a ingredient to make it vegan. I'm missing some mushroom and tofu. It was really delicious and tasty but could have been better.
Read morePros: Tasty, Nice environment , Central
Cons: No vegan option on the menu, I paid full price even if they excluded ingredient, It could have been more ingredients

Explosion of flavours! - Edit
Buzzing noodle place in a central location. Sometimes only one vegan option, but it's always delicious! Everything is made and cooked from scratch, including the noodles.

Exceptionally tasty noodle dishes - Edit
Pink Head Noodle Bar typically has one vegan option, and it has been truly delicious every time I have been there. Eating by the bar while watching the chefs do their craft is great.

Great hot soup - Edit
I have tried a couple of the other places at Malmö Saluhall, and this place is by far my favorite. Usually pretty spicy, but excellent. Will be back for sure.

My favorite place! - Edit
This is my favorite place in Malmö. They always offer a vegan dish, changes the menu often and it's the only place in Malmö where you get vegan homemade pasta, as far as I know. Very fresh and good food!

It’s really authentic as I am an Asian just moved to live in Germany - Edit
Simple menu which offers 3 types of noodles and one of the 3 is vegan. It’s really like I am having noodles in a noodle stand back home.
