An ok lunch for fresh food - Edit
We were required to each order an entree even though some of us only wanted a salad. There weren't that many entrees to choose from (like 4?). The gazpacho soup was really tasty. Also got the carrot juice which was good but the portion was quite small.

Nice but small portions - Edit
All the dishes were very good ! The portions are small and are pretty expensive. Don't go there if you starve.

Very good food - Edit
We enjoy our dinner .
Read moreThe potatoes and bread were great and as an Italian also the last was cooked perfectly and tasty.
Wine was also pretty good.
They have some rules on what is mandatory ordering but aside that all good.

Hidden gem - Edit
I loved to see their open kitchen. When it is busy, the menu can be served a bit late but the staff will communicated the situation. Whether it took time, I liked their sincere details how to grill the bread right, how to plate the foods right. It was a bit salty for my taste but I am satisfied overall.

2. Cozy sitting

Rude - Edit
Save yourself the trouble of warm white wine and mediocre food. Their curry is too sweet, their cabbage unnecessarily oily, and their hummus is bland.
Read moreBe aware that you also have to order either a bottle of mediocre wine, a warm glass of white wine, or a sweet kombucha.
Drink choices are very disappointing, nothing but mediocre natural wines (think £5 super market wines for £70). Only 1 non-alcoholic option (sweet kombucha).
On top of this, staff is incredibly hostile here. I have eaten in many restaurants in many different countries and this is the first time I am making a comment like this.

Cosy place and delicious dishes - Edit
Having a small menu probably helps with concentrating on the preparation of the dishes. The flavorings were not too overwhelming, and the portions were not large, so definitely pluses in my book. There were 4 of us that day, so we ordered the 4 main dishes on the menu and side dishes of sourdough and (skin-on) fried potatoes. Good food and times were had by all.

Vegan fine dining in a relaxed environment. Inconsistent opening hours. - Edit
Tasty, healthy, and creatively produced food. Highly recommend a visit. Not expensive.
Read moreUpdate - downgrading to 4 stars due to such inconsistent application of their opening hours. I have been turned away because last orders was at 9pm on a 10pm closing time (arrived minutes after 9pm). Tonight I was turned away at 8.50pm because last orders was at 8.30pm on a 10pm closing time. It’s a Friday night so I feel like they just closed early because it’s quiet TBH. Great food but I probably won’t return (it’s a bit out of the way and I’m getting tired of being turned away for random reasons - starting to feel a bit unwanted so I’ll take the hint)

Incredible dining - Edit
I think Pinch is one of the best spots in Seoul. It is a bit pricier than some other vegan spots, but the quality and care reflects that.
Read moreI ordered the green curry gnocchi which was amazing. The flavours were so good and every element of the dish was fantastic.
I also tried their crispy potatoes (the best I've had), chocolate cake, and elderflower drink. All dishes were amazing, and they were kind enough to give me a sample hummus plate so I could try it!
Lovely staff and very cool interior. I highly recommend going to Pinch for a wonderful meal!
Pros: Fantastic food made, Lovely staff , Attention to flavours and presentation

Great food!!! In a good location 👌🏽 - Edit
The food was sooo good. I especially enjoyed the cilantro tart. A great idea that cleansed the palate but also satisfied dessert cravings. The house wine was good as well and the location of the place is nice a little off the main street. The pasta was fantastic, only thing I'd advise against would be the granola bowl. Very small and just OK. Everything else we loved!

Cons: Very pricey compared to other places , Service was rather slow

Outstanding Experience! - Edit
One of the best places I’ve ever visited! Everything was just perfect: The location, the delicious food, the vegan wine, the super kind staff and the overall atmosphere. The food had very special flavor combinations with an eye for details. Since it’s an open kitchen, you can watch them preparing the meals - their effort, passion and perfectionism. Every bite was a new flavor experience! A must-visit for all food lovers!

Best vegan place I’ve been to in Seoul - Edit
Absolute phenomenal food. Very nice concept with seating across the kitchen counter. A mix between high dining with cooks explaining every dish and a street food atmosphere with comparably low prices. Seats are limited so be in time. Atmosphere was also nice that close to the kitchen, next to strangers with dimmed light. Can just recommend to everyone.

Classy Vegan Brunch Bar - Edit
Located at Apgujeong, this place has a distinctive concept. Not just a resto, but an open bar where the customers can watch how their food is prepared right in front of them. All meals are vegan, which is fantastic.
Read moreIt is a little bit pricey, but that is expected if you visit Apgujeong.

A place thats actually worth the higher prices - Edit
Pinch is an excellent place. I've been here 3 times and each time I was really happy. They have staple menu items with seasonal menu variations, the curry for example is made with persimmon in the fall, peach in the summer, asparagus in the spring.
Read morePlates are small but the flavors are complex, fresh, and unique. My favorites are the pasta and potatoes. The pasta is perfectly cooked and has an amazing fresh pesto sauce. The potatoes are super crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. They are heavily seasoned and served with a mayo and basil oil for dipping.
Desserts can sell out and recently haven't been available, but i heard will be available again soon. At dinner its required that each guest order a drink.
They take reservations and can fill up quickly, especially in the evenings. I brought 3 non-vegan friends here and everyone was really happy with their food.

a bit more upscale and pricy, but worth it for the taste and a nice spot to eat with friends. everything i tried was good and plated beautifully. i would like to try the rest of the menu next time.
Read morenext time i would skip the hummus, it wasn’t mind blowing in taste and nothing to dip it with. better try the potatoes!

Chic and creative! - Edit
Creative, aesthetic and flavorful food that is completely plant-based!
Read moreThe menu features Western dishes (e.g. pasta, gnocchi, sandwich) that are inspired by Korean ingredients, so there are some unconventional yet tasteful creations! I'm impressed!
There are also a couple of sweet dishes such as cakes and vegan yogurt.
It is a new vegan restaurant in Gangnam, which offers lunch, dinner and foreign wines. Prices are somewhat high, but the food and the location are chic and elegant.

Vegan brunch & wine place - Edit
Bright and cozy place with an outdoor area on the side. The beet hummus salad is very refreshing and gooood. They carry all vegan wines as well. Nice place for vegan and non vegan to have a drink.
