Really good and fresh! - Edit
They had a new (?) bean curd bowl - I had that and a green juice. It really hit the spot to get so many veggies in one meal (hard to do around here 🙃 )

Good options! - Edit
Has 1 vegan option shown on the menu or you can build your own bowl. I had the guacamole pita bowl, which was clearly labeled on the menu as vegan. Nice protein and taste in the bowl, was very filling. Bowl had fried bean curd protein( tofu) which had a nice texture. Price was a little expensive.

Very nice Just Egg bowl - Edit
Vegan option was with just egg crumbled ‚egg‘! Was very delicious and for a good price. Very helpful to have vegan options at chain restaurants in South Korea for grabbing a quick lunch or dinner. Location is outside of the COEX mall itself. Don’t bother searching for it inside!

Fresh, high quality salads and soups - Edit
As a regular patron of Pig in the Garden (I visit the restaurant four to five times a week) I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of ingredients they use. The greens are always fresh and crisp, and the same goes for other ingredients. The menu changes every season (spring, summer, autumn and winter), so you may find fixed vegan menus during certain seasons, and will have to make you own salad when they don't have a vegan salad on the menu. I normally make my own salad using the "make your own salad" notepad. You can choose the veggies/fruits/nuts/grains you want to add to your salad. You can choose up to 5 and will be charged extra for every topping you add after that. I like the following combination: greens + pumpkin sweet potato + cranberries + mixed nuts + croutons + quinoa + hemp seed + avocado + mushrooms. The mushroom and sweet pumpkin soups are pretty great too. I've never tried the fresh juices, but they are vegan and look all right.
