Serves meat, vegan options available. The menu at this bayside seafood restaurant has a salad section and a vegetarian section with a vegetable platter. Could ask to customize for vegan. Not much for veg food in South Padre Island. Reported closed January 2023.

Better go somewhere else for food

Tried to order a veggie wrap with no Mayo and they said were out of the veggies to make it. So I got the Texas toothpicks instead, thinking that it was going to be like veggie skewers, but it was just a basket of fried onions, pickles, jalapeños and squash with ranch. The basket was like 80% onions, pickles and jalapeños with just a few slices of fried squash. There were no other options.

Pros: Great view and atmosphere, Pool tables in the upstairs sports bar

Cons: No vegan options on the menu, Server seemed annoyed

Good , bit expensive

We had dinner here, food was great. And the customer service was good too. But it’s little bit pricey.

Delicious veggie burger

I love the veggie burgers here at Pier 19
They taste like Thanksgiving to me
Only problem is that they are huge and fall apart because they are freshly made
Easy solution is to eat it open faced sandwich style after cutting into smaller portions
Perfect with a side salad
Highly recommend
However my vegan friends this is not an option for you

limited vegan options but great sunset view

Mostly burgers and fried seafood. Great location for watching sunset and fireworks over the bay. Service is ok.
Veggie burger, can't recommend it, probably worst I've ever had.
Small limited salad bar.
For vegans I recommend the fish tacos minus the fish: corn tortillas filled with mango salsa, avocado, and shredded cabbage. Very tasty.
Vegans may also get by with the chalupas (tostadas): beans, lettuce, tomato on a fried corn tortilla. But keep in mind refried beans may contain lard or bacon grease. Be sure to request no cheese.
As mentioned, vegan meals are hard to come by on South Padre. I give it 3 stars only because the fish tacos minus the fish are really good.

Pros: waterfront location & sunset view, salad bar, fish tacos not bad without the fish!

Cons: veggie burger inedible, very limited vegan options
