Pizza chain restaurant with customizable, made-to-order pizzas with vegan cheese alternative, choice of vegetable toppings as well as plant-based meatballs and spicy sausage rounds. Only gluten-free crust is vegan. Also offers customizable, made-to-order salads, lemonade and ice tea. NOTE: When ordering plant based cheese make sure to uncheck the default real cheese option otherwise both cheeses are added. Reported closed July 2024.

Not a fan of their gluten free crust so i don’t buy pizza when i visit. but i do love their build-your-own-salads! they have vegan meatballs and chicken, as well as daiya cheese. so tasty! i hope they introduce more

Good Pizza - Edit
Saw this place listed on happycow so gave it a try. Here's my Pieology review. The place is clean, and the concept is easy. Two of us opted to build our personal size pies with marinara, vegan cheese, and different extras over the gluten free crust (which is the vegan option). I didn't get the faux meat on mine. The pizzas came out fast, and both pies were tasty and hot.

I’ve ordered from here twice. A $17 pizza was super friggin skimpy on vegan protein (ordered the default amount). Second attempt just as expensive, they called 20 min after I ordered to say they were out of vegan cheese. Once it arrived still skimpy on vegan protein, showed up cold and way later than promised. Disappointing, I miss Two Boots in Stamford. Also I complained to the company about this and they didn’t even respond it’s also really frustrating that you have to order via glitchy app, they try to get you off the phone ASAP when you call.

Vegan Pizza - Edit
This is the only pizzaria in town where I can get a vegan pizza. For ten bucks I can get a medium sized pie with vegan cheese and unlimited veggie toppings. Can add vegan chicken for an extra two dollars. The pizza will usually last me two meals. I'm a fan! Located at the Stamford town center.

VEGAN MEATS & CHEESES - Edit
Pieology is located in the outdoor section of the Stamford Town Center (mall). They offer build your own pizza where you get unlimited toppings (chipotle style) they also have vegan cheese at no extra charge and vegan meats for $2 extra. As far as I know this is currently the only pizza place anywhere in the area offering vegan cheese and vegan meats. We really enjoyed our pizzas and will definitely be back. Btw they have huge board games like giant jenna and connect four so it’s a fun place to hang out at.
