I would give 5 Stars if I could. I really loved the pie and for me personally, this was the best food we had at Borough market. They have different vegetarian and vegan options, all clearly labelled. The sign said only card payment, but our card had problems and we were allowed to pay with cash. We ordered the Mock a Doodle pie and it was delicious. The dough tasted very fresh and the filling was wonderful. I would definitely order this one again. The prices were also pretty good, this food stall is one of the cheaper ones at Borough market.

I managed to get the last warm vegan one, a fake chicken and leek one called Mock-adoodle, I think? The pastry was great and the filling was tasty, I would definitely get one again. A comparatively cheap meal at the Borough markets too!

I had the tofu & mushroom pie. It was pretty yum and filling but I felt it lacked some seasoning. My friends had meat versions and they said the same about their pies. It is super convenient and at a cute place. The pastry is great but again the filling just needed some seasoning. There were three vegan pie options which you could get hot or cold. Fast service and cute area.

Vegan pies at Borough Market! - Edit
It was a good surprise to see a Pieninister food truck at Borough Market! They offer three plant-based options: mushroom (Kevin), jackfruit (Mooless Moo) and tofu-chicken (Mock a doodle). I had the Kevin one and it was full of flavour!

Tasty pies, we tried the 2 vegan pies available and they were both quite good, if a bit oniony. You can eat them right away, but might be better to heat them up.
