What a pleasant and tasty surprise! - Edit
I have a lot of favorite vegan food destinations in Spokane already, so I rarely have the time to try new places when I'm making the rounds eating all of my favorite food, but this weekend I tried Picabu Bistro after seeing it recommended for both curry and falafel, and it was so good I went twice: once for the falafel and once for the curry! All of the food there is good quality and tasty. The portions are large. The staff is very friendly to vegans. The menu clearly marks vegan options. And there was even a vegan dessert: a mixed berry crisp with whipped coconut cream! Delicious! I'll be back!

I've been going to Picabu since I was five years old and the service is still amazing. These people actually KNOW what veganism is, AND they definitely know of to cook their tofu!

Vegan Options - Edit
Picabu has vegan options which is not a common occurance in Spokane. They are also very accomadating in making something vegan even if it's not listed that way. Try the vegan Phad Thai it's great!
