Elevated tapas restaurant with vegan options - Edit
I visited once during my trip to Béziers. Is is a stylish restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, in a nice setting, on the Michelin Guide.
Read moreServes high quality, modern tapas dishes, including vegan options. There are no vegan main dishes, so the options are tapas only. We had padron peppers, chargrilled vegetables, a salad, hummus with kalamata and bread, eggplant caviar with crisp breads, and patas bravas. We asked for feta to be removed from the hummus dish and for the bravas to be veganised, and this was no problem. The tapas were around €7-€10 each.
The restaurant was busy and the service was a bit slow/lax, but friendly enough.
