This restaurant offers a dedicated section on its menu for vegans - Edit
I love how they have a small section on their menu dedicated to vegans and vegetarians. I am vegan, and so it was pointed out to me I had a good few options - from three tomatoes sauce risotto, to three tomatoes sauce tagliatelle, to an off menu tagliatelle funghi dish that I ended up ordering and it was delicious. The server knew exactly what vegan means and went above and beyond to oversee the full preparation of my dish to ensure it was contamination free and vegan. The sauce was very delicious - a house made tagliatelle (confirmed as of the date of this review as having no egg, with only wheat, salt, water, and olive oil as its ingredients) along with a house-made mushroom sauce cooked in olive oil and rosemary. The French Fries are safe to eat here as of the date of this review as they are not cooked in any shared fryer and are cooked in their own separate oil. They also provided me with delicious garlic sautéed vegetables. I was very happy to eat here and felt so safe to eat here that I plan to return and encourage fellow vegans to dine here also.
