Several vegan options

Quick visit, we were happy to see several vegan options on the menu. I had the quorn sub and my husband had the vegan burger, both good and filling.

Tasty vg burger

Visiting Tamworth as a stop over enroute to Bristol we arrived in the evening and needed food and refreshments
After checking out Happy Cow we found the Phoenix public house they had a few vegan options on the menu ... we opted for the soya burger which was tasty ...

Pros: Nice burger

Good vegan burgers

Really nice burgers very cheap but not cheap tasting BBQ koreon style burger was amazing. Recommend to anyone

Chips aren't vegan so the burger comes with nachos, the nachos we had looked different to the picture already on other reviews ours we the crisps with a bit of violife cheese on top no salsa or anything, but they had only just opened the kitchens due to a stocking issue so this could be a one off other than that the food was very good

Pros: Good options , Good price

Cons: Chips aren't vegan, nachos are the replacement , The nachos could be better

Cheap & loads of great options!

Wasn’t expecting much from a pub in the centre of a small town but the options here were really great and varied!

We had the burgers and absolutely loved them! You can choose from double-, triple- or quadruple-stacked 😱 (although triple-stacked is difficult to fit in your mouth 😂).

They offer a choice of 3 versions of the soy patties: Korean BBQ, reggae reggae jerk and American hot buffalo. It was nice to have that variety in sauces as you can’t really find that for vegan burgers in other restaurants in the area. The Korean was especially delicious!

They use Violife cheese on the burgers which is a great cheese, and the nachos were great with plenty of toppings!

At £5.99 for the burger, nachos* and a drink, you get plenty of value for your money! So cheap but so tasty! Fully recommend!

There were plenty of other options to try too so I’m sure we’ll be back!

Quick service and nice staff, too!

*note: the chips and onion rings are vegetarian, not vegan, so the only choice of side for your burger are nachos (they are delicious though!)

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Very cheap, Great, different burger sauces&quadruple-stacked!

Cons: Chips & onion rings are not vegan
