Asian-fusion restaurant with vegan options, such as salt & pepper tofu, tofu bao (specify no mayo), tofu soft spring roll, pho lightweight (vegan broth with tofu & vegetables), tofu bahn mi (specify no mayo), sautéed veggie or tofu rice bowl (specify no fish sauce), and sautéed veggie or tofu vermicelli bowl (specify no fish sauce). Add-ons for pho include broccoli, bok choy, tofu, mixed vegetables, extra noodles, and pickled onions. Open Mon 11:00am-9:00pm, Wed-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm. Closed Tue.

Delicious vegan pho and lychee tea! - Edit
I definitely recommend the lychee tea, tofu bao, and the lightweight tofu pho. Broth is super flavorful. Bao comes with fried tofu and cucumber. Absolutely delicious! Lychee tea was good, but almost too sweet for my taste. Otherwise, great vegan options in south Austin!

I loved the Pho Lightweight. It was delicious. It came with vegan broth, noodles, and veggies, and I added brussel sprouts. It was so good!

I lived in Vietnam a few years back and since going vegan, I try extra hard to find great options that remind me of my time there and this place definitely nails it.
Read moreThey have a “lightweight phổ” with tofu, sprouts, bok choy etc … I’m drooling just thinking about it.
They also have tofu baos (just ask for no mayo) and they are so fluffy and taste so fresh. Very filling as well.
Pros: Vegan options , Nice staff, Understanding of “no mayo” type requests
