Yummy food and knowledgeable staff - Edit
I had the crispy tofu bun bowl and loved it. They offered peanut or soy ginger sauces rather than the one it usually comes with, which contains fish sauce. The coconut-based curries can be made vegan, as can the spring rolls. Pho is made with beef broth. Would be great if veg options were labeled on the menu.

A nice restaurant. I was sad that there are no vegetarian pho options, but they can make their lemongrass soup vegan with tofu. It was really tasty with a massive portion!!
Read moreWe also ordered the curry, which can be made vegan, but I didn't get to try it. I might try it as a leftover since we took some home.
Unfortunately there aren't many entrees that are default vegan. Pho would be nice.

amazing pho, friendly service & a small dine in area as well. I couldn’t be happier with my food here, everything was delicious & I even had enough to have leftovers the next day!

As I’ve seen in other reviews but the menu does not mention any vegan options but when placing the order you can ask for it to be made vegan. If you like a little kick the hot and sour is my go to here.

Menu doesn't mention vegan items but they can make most items vegan...just not the pho unfortunately. Great hot and sour soup with vegetables and tofu. Great vegan pad thai!

While the menu at pho Vietnam doesn’t denote vegan options the staff are knowledgeable and you can request your dish to be made vegan and they will happily and easily accommodate you. We had the tofu spring rolls, hot and sour soup with tofu and tofu pad Thai. Everything was delicious and the potions were enough to share between 2 people! The pad Thai while not a traditional Thai style was super tasty. I would definitely come back again! PS they have vegan friendly boba tea options as well!

I came here with my non-vegan family and I loved that there were options for all of us. They enjoyed their food and I enjoyed mine! I got the hot and sour soup (tofu) and the bun bowl (tofu)...they were both so good!! The moment we arrived we saw that it was full but nonetheless we decided to wait until a table became available. It was worth it! Deff see myself coming here again the food is amazing!
