Vegan Options - Edit
The restaurant is huge and has seating for small and large groups. There are chopsticks, spoons, napkins, and condiments on each table. The menu is large and has options for everyone. I'm vegan and I have a really easy time finding food on this menu. They bring a glass of water with the menu.
Read moreMy go to is the vegetable crispy rolls and the vegan pho. The crispy rolls are very crunchy and tasty and the sauce that comes with it is very good. The vegan pho is the star of the show. The broth is really tasty and I like to put Sriracha in it to give it a kick. There are always a good amount of vegetables in the pho like broccoli and carrots. The tofu is flavored really well and is the perfect texture for eating in pho. It only comes in a large size so come hungry, or be prepared to take home leftovers. I somehow manage to eat the whole thing and then I'm stuffed for the rest of the day.
It comes with cilantro and I have to ask for no cilantro because I think cilantro tastes like soap. Sometimes they will still leave the cilantro on the food so just check if it is something you asked to leave off.
Another of my favorites is the stir fried pineapple with tofu. I love the seasoning of the tofu and the texture is perfect. It's got great flavor.
There are a lot of vegan options and they are easy to find on the menu because they are marked with green leaf icons.
I recommend this place for anyone looking to get Vietnamese food and vegan food.
Some other notes: The boba tea is not vegan, they use powder flavors and the powder contains milk. They are also closed on Tuesday.
Pros: Vegan pho, Lots of parking available , Easily marked vegan items
Cons: No vegan boba tea, Cilantro in all the meals

Vegan pho! - Edit
This is the most flavorful vegan pho I’ve ever had. I always get it to go and it’s enough for two servings. They have a bunch of other tofu dishes to choose from too.

Vegan pho! - Edit
The pho is so filling! Fried tofu, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, scallions, Thai basil, and bean sprouts make up this delicious pho. The broth is veggie and it comes in a larger size.
