Read moreMan muss nur auf der vegetarischen Seite etwas aufpassen, da nicht nur da Ei drin ist, wo es drauf steht. Am besten einfach nachfragen oder abbestellen.

Best pho in Edinburgh - we had lovely fresh tofu spring rolls and the tofu pho, both clearly marked vegan. Will be coming back here a lot!

Vegetarian dishes are mostly vegan - Edit
Vietnamese restaurant with Chinese decor. They have a vegetarian section of their menu that is mostly vegan. Good food but my fried tofu with 5 vegetables was oily. The bowls with rice noodles are better than the rice dishes. Their spring rolls are delicious.
