Fresh - Edit
Happened upon this place while shopping and visiting on business. They were very friendly even though I got there 15 minutes before closing. I ordered the fresh rolls and the vegan vegetable fried noodle dish. Everything was flavorful, fresh and not overly salty. Great take out option!

So much food! - Edit
Hesitated to try this restaurant; the menu is quite extensive (a section for frog!). I decided just to have a bowl of vegan rice noodle soup and so glad I did! Ordered to go, my soup was packaged with such care. Broth with veggies in one container, more veggies in another (including a lovely bunch of basil!), two sauces included (one very spicy!). I will definitely go back!

Delicious vegan options! - Edit
We had the vegan summer rolls, which were exceptional, the vegan vermicelli, the mixed vegetables w tofu and pan-fried noodles with tofu (we asked that everything be vegan just in case).

We stopped there for lunch on our way home from the beach. It was so good that we ordered everything again to take home for dinner.
We sat outside, which was perfect cuz of COVID.

Excellent vegan choices - Edit
Tucked away in a mall, on a road with many malls, is this gem of a Vietnamese restaurant. The owners are very accommodating with veg/vegan customizations, though many of the dishes are already veg/vegan. Prices are terrific!

A Bit of A Unicorn - Edit
The vegan pho at Pho Van is the best I have ever had, and I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur. I've done vegan catering, etc. The broth is delicately complex, vegan, of course. One time it had this excellent vegan "steak" slices in it, and another time two different types of tofu, and the last time, bits of vegan chicken which seemed a bit like soy curls. Lots of veggies and right now it comes in one size, which is large. I believe this will become their signature dish, or at least what they are best known for, because vegan pho is not easy to come by! I love Pho Van and they also have vegan summer rolls with peanut sauce, loaded with greens. Don't expect our usual black iced tea, but they do have sodas and jasmine tea.

This place is awesome because it clearly states the food options that are vegan, and all of the options I have tried were really yummy! The vegan pho is on point 👌🏽🌱
