Delicious vegan pho - Edit

Placed a takeout order for vegan pho and spring rolls. The broth was flavorful and delicious, and the veggies were steamed perfectly. Spring rolls were a delightful addition as well. Will be going back!

Excellent Veg Pho! - Edit

We had the veg dumplings as an appetizer. We ordered them fried and they came out very nice and crispy and hot with a good tasting dipping sauce. Then we next shared the vegetarian pho, which is actually vegan. The broth was so lovely and complex. Just delicious. Nice assortment of vegetables along with the rice noodles. Good value for the price. Met the owners. The gentleman was very hands-on and friendly, and his Asian wife seem to be the driving force behind the kitchen and the menu. The room itself is casual but very nicely decorated. They have a bar you can sit at and a full bar and nice beer list. This restaurant is just north of Richmond about 15 miles from downtown, in a suburb called Glen Allen. We were just traveling through so not familiar with the area but it was easy to find with the GPS ..it’s in a strip plaza in a decent neighborhood with plenty of parking. The vibe was very laid-back and friendly. We will definitely stop again when we are heading north or south. PS. I felt really good after this meal.
