Best Vegan Pho - Edit
Ok I've eaten at a *lot* of pho places. This is the best vegan pho I've ever had, not exaggerating. The broth is SO FLAVORFUL

Spicy Kung Pao with Vegetables - Edit
I enjoyed my lunch here - the vegetables were very fresh and it came out steaming hot. This is a great spot if you are on a hurry for lunch. They are responsive and check in on you.

Great Vietnamese food, helpful staff - Edit
We visited Pho Saigon Express 8/15/2019. The waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. She gave details we asked about. I am on a very low-fat diet, and she knew which items would be low fat. She even told us about an item on the non-veg part of the menu that was only there because it was made with chicken stock, but it could be made with vegetable stock, and then it would be vegan. I ordered spring rolls (with tofu) and stir fry (also with tofu). They were very tasty and, were, indeed not at all oily. I wish that brown rice was an option.
