Excellent ask for vegan broth - Edit
There are vegan items not identified on the menu. The Pho broth is beef based but they do have a vegan miso broth available. The Tofu and broccoli pho is vegan and so are the fried tofu spring rolls. Let them know that you are looking for vegan and they are very accommodating ( made sure to bring vegan sauces and so forth)

Delicious Vegan and Vegetarian Options - Edit
I ordered online and my order was ready in 30 minutes. I got the tofu spring rolls with a peanut sauce and the broccoli carrot tofu pho. The spring rolls were simple be tasty and goes great with the dipping sauce. The pho is delicious and they give you so many noodles, which I love. I also ordered the small and it was plenty of food for dinner and leftovers. It comes with cilantro, limes, jalapeños, and some kind of semi-spicy sauce to add to the broth. I also got a fresh coconut water, which was incredibly refreshing.

The vegan tofu springs rolls could use some improvements, just plain rice vermicelli, salad and a piece of tofu in it. Was expecting soy beans - carrot in it. The tofu fried rice without eggs or fish sauce was pretty good.

My boyfriend and I come here everytime we are in town. My faves are the vermicelli tofu dish and the tofu and broccoli pho. They do a great job with tofu. Many restaurants are lazy with tofu but this places makes it super crispy and flavorful! The staff is also very accommodating. We got boba tea with the soy milk that is listed separately on the menu (we asked them to replace the half and half).

Vegetable broth pho - Edit
When I went vegan, I longed for pho. Lucky for me this place is not too far from home. Their vegetable broth is delicious and the fried tofu is amazing.
