Standard Vietnamese food but happy to veganize - Edit
Simple Vietnamese with vegan options. They have banh mi with mock duck or tofu. I had char kwae tow with tofu and the made sure it was vegan. No egg etc. It was nice. $16.95 The banh mi are quite cheap at $9.
