Several vegan options clearly marked on the menu, including fresh rice paper rolls, spring rolls, noodle soup with tofu, and stir-fried tofu with pickled cucumber, peanut and rice. Meals are generous and very tasty. We love going here whenever in the Bluies.

Casual eatery where the clearly marked vegan food comes out quickly. We enjoyed the vegan spring rolls and the two types of noodle soups on offer, very tasty and nicely presented. Left feeling very satisfied and restored after a long walk in winter.

The food in this restaurant was incredible! So tasty! We ordered the Com Chien Chay, Tofu Monks Soup and veg spring rolls. The food was so flavourful, tasted really fresh and was very affordable for the great quality of the food. Highly recommend this place. Everything was clearly labelled on the menu and there were loads of options.

I don’t know where to start, very friendly and accommodating staff got us seated very quickly even though it was a very busy dinner rush, pho was a very large portion for the price but not only that it was absolutely delicious. Also some of the best spring rolls!

it’s so hard to find good vegan pho but this was delicious! the flavours were all amazing and the tofu and eggplant were great, only note i’d make is more veg in with the noodles would be great. they have quite a few vegan options and service is quick and helpful. definitely reccomend

Seriously delicious and plenty of vegan options. We had the two vegan tofu dishes & the vegan spring rolls, all of which were some of the best Vietnamese I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend enough. Get in early at dinner time to avoid a wait (though the wait is 100% worth it!)

I rate this 4 “Katoomba stars” aka there’s not many restaurants here so this one is definitely worth a visit.

Normally they have vegan spring rolls but there is a sign saying they don’t have them at the moment during import issues - we went without an entree because they were out of rice paper rolls too.
Staff were very friendly.

It was a perfect location for us as it is across the road from where we were staying! The rice paper rolls are seriously delicious! Definitely recommend ordering them! We also got the crispy tofu and garden monks pho. Both delicious and both I would highly recommend! Not bad prices either!

Not sure what the reviewer below me is talking about - there are a BUNCH of vegan options, we had the two vegan pho options and they were both devine. If you like your veggies op for the monk’s garden (also has yummier thicker rice noodles imo) but if you like your tofu 5 different ways op for the other (it was yuuuuumy).

Vietnamese style restaurant that has some marked vegan options located at the bottom end of Katoomba st near the Aldi. Some of the vegan options are definitely better than others with dishes like the Monks Garden Noodle Soup being a little bland, but the Dau Hu Chua Cay Tofu being amazing. They have vegan rice paper rolls as well, but they often sell out by lunch time, which can get a little disappointing
