Serves meat, vegan options available. Family owned Vietnamese restaurant where vegans could have the tofu vermicelli noodle dish, lemongrass tofu dish, and veggie spring rolls. Vegetable fried rice can be requested with tofu and no egg.
so funny when you westerners especially white vegans whiiiiiine about PHO not being vegan - Edit
bfr please?? you are literally like asking a recipe for a bean soup without beans and then whine and get offended when told no instead of doing some more research and asking for more info. Their menu has literally at least one vegan/vgt options per menu categories. Vermicelli noodles with tofu and spring rolls. Lemongrass tofu with steamed rice and veggies. Stir fried veggies with rice. Veggie fried rice with grilled tofu on side. Stir fried noodles with tofu(ask for a vegan sub for egg noodles). Pad thai with tofu(ask for no eggs). Make sure you tell them to sub fish sauce with soy sauce. So simple. yall expect everything to be catered and spoonfed to you and not even TRY to lift a finger.
Noticed their vegetable and tofu pho option via online menu. When I dined in and inquired if the broth is vegan friendly- was unfortunately told that it wasn’t. I did not eat at this establishment for that reasoning

Very Limited Vegan Options - Edit
Very disappointed that you cannot order the Pho vegan. The only 2 both options available are chicken and beef.
