I’m not mad about it… - Edit
I was in the mood for pho and found this place on Happy Cow. I got the Pho Rau Cai which is a vegetarian noodle soup with noodles, bok choy, tofu and other veg. I have to say it was pretty flavorful, yet not too salty if that makes sense. I enjoyed it. I also had the vegetarian egg rolls which the server said were vegan and these were excellent. The vegetables inside seemed to be curried or something. Either way, I devoured them. I would certainly come back to scratch that pho itch again.

No MSG / No Soy Veggie Pho - Edit
👆🏾 It's my favorite veggie pho broth in the area so far. I like that there is no MSG in their broth.
