Two orders of the tofu spring rolls did the trick. Broths are all meat based. - Edit
Disappointed the pho broth is beef or chicken based.

Limited options - Edit
Limited vegan options- pho is made with beef broth and banh mi all have meat. They do have tofu spring rolls which are vegan (didn’t try). I ordered the vermicelli with just vegetables and they added fried tofu which wasn’t on the menu, but good
