Vietnamese
Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese restaurant with a separate vegetarian/vegetable section on the menu. The restaurant displays a clear understanding of what entails a veg option - for example, the vegetarian pho noodle soup is made with vegetable stock. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-3:30pm, 5:00pm-9:30pm, Fri-Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.

Not Vegan or Vegetarian - Edit
we were so excited to eat at this restaurant, and have a great Vietnamese lunch only to find out that it’s not truly vegan or vegetarian because they fry the tofu and any substitute meat, products and spring rolls where all the other meat, fish and poultry have also been fried. So if you’re allergic like me, then you can’t eat here because it’s not vegetarian or vegan and is falsely advertised as such.

Cons: Not vegan or vegetarian unless you get only veggie, All tofu and meat substitutes are fried with meat, False advertising for vegetarian and vegan’s

Delicious Vegan food!! - Edit
There's a whole page of vegan and vegetarian options! They'll make the vegetarian dishes without egg if you ask. Everything I've tried is great, but my go to is the Vegetarian Pad Thai (no eggs) with a fresh tofu spring roll! It's absolutely delicious!

Went here for a birthday dinner - Edit
I'd never gotten pho before because I'd never seen it vegan before! This was AMAZING, and the price was super reasonable; even moreso when you consider that the average person would definitely have leftovers afterwards. The bowls are MASSIVE. They have a HUGE veg menu, I can't wait to try more things from them!

love this restaurant! - Edit
As a local, I love PHV! It's my default restaurant for all occasions. The entire back page is vegetarian/vegan. I almost always get the Pho with rice noodles. So good!

A hidden treasure! - Edit
We were delighted to find a whole page on the menu devoted to vegetarian dishes. A number of us were thrilled to finally get to try pho- a noodle soup that in every other Vietnamese place we had been to was made exclusively with beef broth. At Pho Hien Vuong, however, you can order it vegan, with vegetable broth. It was delicious, served with a plate full of fresh herbs (basil, mint, cilantro), chilies and lime wedges that you could add to the soup as you wished. The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about vegetarian options. (Just make sure you order from the vegetarian page, as there is a tofu pho in the non-veggie section that is made with beef broth).
