Tasty vegan bun! - Edit
So I've realized sometimes the food at places with vegan OPTIONS can be better than all-vegan restaurants. This was certainly the case at Pho Fusion. I've been to some other vegan places on Conroy that weren't nearly as tasty! Bonus for the proprietors who also know the difference between vegetarian/vegan and accommodate with alternative sauces.
Read moreEverything in the bun I ordered was delicious and tasted fresh. The ambience of the restaurant is nothing to write home about, but it was clean, the service was friendly, and there were plenty of other people dining, which speaks volumes. Because it's a little further north than most of the popular places on Conroy, the parking lot was not nearly as jam-packed. Bonus points all around!

Solid Vietnamese - Edit
Solid Vietnamese food with vegetarian menu section. The curry is wonderful and only comes one heat level: actually spicy! They dint have vegan pho but I hear they are working on it...
