SOS-free GF options! - Edit
I went to this restaurant because Chef AJ recommended it. It’s wonderful when one can go to a restaurant and order something made from whole Plant foods that are gluten-free and SOS-free (no salt, oil or sugar). I ordered the mushroom noodle and vegetable dish, which wasn’t on the menu. It’s something Chef does special for people that eat this way. I also had some, tofu spring rolls and asked them to just steam the tofu instead of frying it. It was perfect! Highly recommend.

Vegan delights not 100% Vegan - Edit
The food is super delicious, our favorite was the veggie potstickers(perfectly crispy) and the tofu starter loved the sauce and perfectly crispy. I loved the Thai tea, it is refreshing and actually made with natural tea mix. The crispy roll delights are good definitely a must get!

I had the garlic chikn sandwich, at first it was medium spicy but then I bit into a pepper that I didn't see in the sandwich and it became spicy 🥵 it made my nose run 😆

Came here out of disappointment because the vegan place next door was unexpectedly closed. This place did not disappoint! They have a large vegan menu - lots of good stuff to choose from!

The chow mein with mock chicken was also a surprise. Very oily, but the flavor is wonderful and unusual.
Definitely recommend this place!

My partner and I have been fans of Pho Fresh for years, enjoying their Valentine’s Day meals and Vegan Chef Challenge entries. So it was a no-brainer when we needed to think about businesses to cater our wedding. Chef John created a fantastic menu of incredible vegan dishes, from their baos to spicy Mongolian mock chicken to a delicious curry asparagus mock chicken. It doesn’t feel right to be giving them only 4 stars, but they’ll be opening up a fully vegan restaurant soon and you bet I’ll be there!

I got the recommended Sexy Honey Bao and it was really good. They are large and filling. Came with a spicy dipping sauce that was delightfully spicy. Didn’t blow you’re head off.

Found tripe in pho 😬 eek - Edit
The food would’ve been perfect if there weren’t traces of tripe in the house vegan wonton soup. 😞 Thankfully, they voided that from the bill. The vegan calamari is best when it’s fresh. Sautéed kung pao garden with mock chicken was good too. Everything was reasonably priced, in my opinion.

Lengthy Vegan Menu - Edit
The vegan menu is substantial…it’s great! I’ve had some dishes that were just ok, but most dishes I’ve tried are really good. The Peking sesame tofu appetizer was really flavorful and the caramelized tofu banh mi was pretty good too. The banh mi came with a broth/soup that we dipped our sandos in and it was really tasty! I’ve heard the waits can be long, but luckily we didn’t experience that on this visit. Would recommend this place when dining with omnis especially since everyone will be happy. 🙂

My favorite Vietnamese place with vegan options! The pho is delicious and the steamed dumplings are great too! The vegan chicken chow mein is ok but has an interesting popcorn flavor. So yummy though check it out.

Not a lot of restaurants have great vegan options. Even fewer have vegan oil free options. Pho Fresh has both!! Their award winning food is fantastic! I would rate this 5 stars but HappyCow won’t let me because they have non-vegan food on the menu.

This place is close to my ride home. The vegan menu is HUGE. The tofu belly tacos are my absolute favorite. All of their soups are top notch. I’d give it 5 stars but this stupid app won’t let me because it’s not a completely vegan/vegetarian restaurant. They do use separate friers.

Extensive Vegan Menu - Edit
The chef and staff at Pho Fresh understand the needs of their vegan customers and this has become a destination restaurant for the vegan community. Our favorites include pho, banh mi, basil popcorn tofu, and the Big Eastern Burger- which is available first week of the month. They also have terrific iced Jasmine tea.

Had lunch at Pho Fresh, a little off the beaten path. The two vegans of the group had the com (rice plate, that is) Mongolian mock chicken and the sauteed kung pao garden, with mock chicken. Both dishes were excellent; the mock chicken, although lacking the texture of "real" chicken, still was very flavorful. The kung pao chicken noodle dish was almost too much food; the rice plate was a little more sensible. Gotta get back there to try something else!

They have a specific vegan menu. I had the mock calamari, delicious doesn’t even begin to describe this dish! Also had the vegan roll and a lemon grass vermicelli. Highly recommend!!

Only reason it's 4 stars is because it won't let me give 5 stars! This really is one of my favorite places to eat. I'm a regular for lunch and wish it was closer to my house so I could come for dinner too. So many options for vegans and vegetarians. I've eaten the faux calamari, spring rolls, egg rolls (no egg), tofu pho and the tofu stew pho. All delicious! Try it, you'll love it!

The chef went out of his way to create us dishes that was vegan. They are a full service with lots of meat dishes but they are branching out to vegan clients. Had alot of wonderful dishes and looking forward to their vegan menu soon.
