The veggie pho is passable.

The bowl of pho is large and filled with fresh veggies, so that was good. But whereas my husband ordered the short rib pho and got a TON of meat, there were two tiny pieces of tofu in my bowl, so that was disappointing. The veggie pho broth has no real flavor as it should. No star anise, no spices. They gave us one small plate of toppings to share, and that was kinda weird to me. That said, it’s clean, service is good and friendly, and there are a couple of veggie options (maybe a bahn mi or a rice dish too besides pho). I’d personally recommend Saigon Casa in PJ instead and give this one a miss unless you’re pressed for time and in the area.

Pros: Good portion of noodles, Fresh veggies including asparagus in the pho , The veggie spring rolls were good.

Cons: Spring roll sauce was uninspired. , Pho broth was tasteless & tofu portion small , It’s a little pricy because of the location
