Nice Vegan options - Edit
The vegan options on the menu are quite good and the portions are huge. We went for lunch and brought some of everything home.
Read moreThe Tofu Pho is available with white or fried tofu. The broth was very good.
The Rice Noodle Bowl was great. Be sure to leave off the house lime chili sauce because it is fish sauce. Ask for the vegan sauce instead.
The curry hot pot was thinner than expected but still really good.
Unfortunately, they were out of the vegetarian hot pot that had vegetarian fish balls. We wanted to try that. It is vegan.
Pros: Good vegan choices (5 mains + fresh rolls), Huge portions , Knowledgeable staff

Vegan Pho - Edit
This was my first time eating pho, and the wait staff was very helpful. There were at least 3-4 vegan options on the menu.

This was my birthday dinner restaurant of choice this year. I always like the tofu vermicelli bowl, and the non-vegan family friends I went with really enjoyed their selections as well.

Cons: Few veg options, but OK because quality > quantity, & meals are enjoyed by vegans & non-vegans alike.

Not many vegan options, but the ones they have are delicious! The vegan tofu pho has a great vegetable broth and the tofu summer rolls with peanut sauce really hit the spot. Portion sizes are big!

Excellent pho! - Edit
The tofu pho was delicious, and the broth was some of the best I have *ever* tasted. The noodles were served ready to eat (no need to wait for them to soften!), and we were served PLENTY of basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeños. The pho comes in three sizes, and the medium was perfect. Vegan items are marked with a leaf icon.
