Read moreI come here almost weekly with my non veg boy friend. He is Vietnamese and says that this Pho is super authentic and even better than ones he's had in Vietnam. It's his and my favorite pho place. I'm super happy I can enjoy it too thanks to their vegan friendly Vegetarian Broth pho. Be sure to order veggie spring rolls as appetizer!
I'm so bad with words but wow... it's amazing. I used to eat here before I was vegan and I can say that I don't even miss the regular broth because the vegan broth is JUST THAT GOOD.
I love the family that runs the place. Always love chatting with Dennis and Vivian. Dennis always has good stories to tell and makes me laugh. They are both super nice... everyone always makes you feel right at home! ♡
Also this place has been featured on TV. And it's definitely for a reason! ♡
I've made so many memories here! I love Pho Cuong!
