Vegan options!! - Edit
🍜 Eating these beyond yummy Vegan meals at Pho Bamboo in Fort Myers , Florida inspired us to want to open another restaurant! It’s seriously that awesome of a place. Some of my favorite things about being a restaurant owner were of course serving delicious high quality healthy food but I also loved decorating, creating a Vibe for people with music, and serving smiles to our guests. Pho Bamboo has all of this. Their music choice and decorations are my favorite I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Their staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They easily helped us choose some vegan meals for our visit. Their menu is huge! We settled on Bahn Mi tofu sandwich, vegetable pho, vegetable rolls, fried rice, and a very yummy salad loaded with the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had! If you’re in the Fort Myers area you will not regret your visit to Pho Bamboo. It’s across the street from Trader Joe’s too so you can do your shopping after having lunch or dinner at Pho Bamboo! Vegan pho broth was spectacular-stick with pho. Our tofu was over fried- it was like potato chips and tasted greasy. We will ask for steamed tofu next time. Service and knowledge of how to veganize was vey good. Very cozy place. We’ll return.

Vegan Pho with Vegetable Broth - Edit
Really yummy vegan pho, lots of tofu and veggies! And the broth is made with a great tasting vegetable broth. I also got fried tofu summer rolls- very refreshing, and the peanut sauce it came with was really nice.
