Delicious broth - Edit
Their vegan broth is gluten free. It tastes delicious. I usually order the pho with vegan broth and tofu and get an extra $5 side of vegan broth to go. The tofu soaks up a lot of broth so I split the tofu between the two containers for left overs.

Pho-nomenal! - Edit
Ordered A1, Crispy Rolls served with sweet chili sauce, and P6, Pho Rau Cai, which consists of rice noodles in a delicious vegetarian broth topped with a plethora of vegetables. A platter of bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime wedges, and sliced jalapeño comes on the side so you can jazz up your soup how you like. Sriracha and hoisin sauces on the table.

The food was excellent, really satisfied my pho craving. It was the only pho restaurant with Sunday hours too.
Pros: Fantastic vegan pho!
