Awesome pho option

This place has really good vegan pho BUT I would definitely done-in. I ordered takeout and waited 45 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. Granted it was a weekend at dinner rush, they seemed to prioritize the done-in guests, which makes sense.

Fresh & Tasty

While the menu doesn’t explicitly advertise vegan options, many of the tofu-containing dishes can easily be prepared vegan with simple substitutions, such as veggie broth for the pho and peanut sauce instead of fish sauce for the dressing that comes on the side with the vermicelli bowls. The portions are decent and the produce is high quality. Very clean and bright interior with a modern, minimalist vibe.
