Alright Pho - Edit
Was looking forward to this place and sadly I won’t go back. Not many vegan options. He just pointed to one. Had the Veg Tofu Pho. I had to wait 15 minutes to eat it because it was so hot. Once I did the dish was bland. No flavor. Go to Habaneros instead.

Only 1 vegan option - Edit
I was just there a few days ago and was told by the waiter that they only had one vegan option and it was the veg pho. Everything else on the vegetarian menu is strictly vegetarian. The good news is the pho is amazing and I will be going back for it!

Great Hot Pot - Edit
Food of full of flavor! Would highly recommend Tofu hot pot. Vermicelli lacked flavor but was okay. We were excited to try the spring rolls to but they didn't have any.

Delicious Asian veg fare in Las Cruces - Edit
Has a separate veg section on back of menu. Tell your server if you’re vegan so s/he can direct you. Had an excellent rice noodle pho; generous portion size. Rice paper spring rolls were fresh & delicious.

We were traveling through New Mexico and came through Las Cruces at the dinner hour. We had been eating fast meals made in our room and both wanted a hot meal with veggies. There weren't many places to choose from but based on reviews we decided to try this restaurant. We were so glad we did. They had a whole vegetarian (vegan) page to choose from. We decided on the tofu with vegetable soup, the faux beef curry with potatoes and the stir fry with veggies and tofu. Every dish was delicious. Quickly served piping hot to us, it really exceeded our expectations. It was very delicious.

Pho a dong offers so many delicious options, all their vegan options are amazing. I love getting the curry, stir-fry, or the veggie soup. The curry is creamy, the stir-fry is made with amazing veggies cooked in a delicious sauce, and the soup is a huge bowl with amazing taste. The staff is nice and very knowledgeable in vegan options.
