They have multiple seafood and chicken options - Edit
I finally found a place in the west suburbs that offered vegan seafood, chicken drumsticks and other items outside of the city. This included vegan Shrimp, large vegan prawns, vegan crab balls, drumsticks, fish cakes, fish, dry soy “duck” and other soy items. Look at the pictures. I tried to take as many pictures as I could have the items they offered.

Pros: Clearly labeled items , Multitude of vegan items, vegan seafood and drumsticks
Cons: The items can be pricey (about $8-$9 per bag), Wish they had more options in their fridge , The fish smell from the back can be off putting

Good selection of veggie specialties! - Edit
I have shopped here several times and am very happy with the selection. I had a very difficult time finding vegetarian 'fish' products and was pleased to see they have them there. The store does smell like fish but the vegetarian freezer section is clearly marked. There is also canned and jarred balls of fried wheat gluten in the canned vegetable aisle as well.
