Their vegetarian lettuce wraps are an appetizer; however, they work well as an entree. Delicious!

The lettuce wraps are absolutely DELICIOUS! I could make a meal of just that. They have a few great vegan entree options as well! My favorite would probably be the eggplant, but the Buddha’s feast is also pretty good!

I had the Stir Fried Buddha’s Feast with Brown Rice and it was amazing. I love Chinese food and this did not disappoint. Other vegan options include: Edamame, Chili Garlic Green Beans, Steamed Buddha’s Feast, Stir Fried Eggplant, and Chang’s Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps. My waiter was extremely nice and he even told me he was Vegetarian as well.

Eggplant Dish - Edit
I love their eggplant dish!! It's vegan and amazing. Sadly it looks like they scaled down on their veg offerings as they no longer have ma po tofu and a red curry dish. Store confirmed PF Changes stopped carried ma po tofu in all its stores. Hope they still add other vegan options.
