Dry covrigi

Vegan options are clearly labeled as such, though at the time there were only two options.
I had the caramelised covrigi which were dry and didn't taste particularly good.
Very cheap prices though.

No more

They say some of the pastries are vegan, but I felt very badly after having them and they also look like non vegan at least the kind of cannoli.

Tasty strudel

Ordered the caramelized pretzel and cherry strudel. The strudel was very tasty. Good option for a small selection of vegan pastries.

Vegan pastries

5 different vegan options labelled "de post" with a green label, including cherry filling, summer fruits filling, caramelised sugar and raisins. I bought a cherry corvig which was quite nice. Only 4.50 lei.

Pros: 5 different vegan options, Great value, Fast

Cons: Take away only

Labeled choices

Now around 5 things are marked with a green "produs de post" label. I tried a cherry strudel for 5 lei. Taste was just average, but it's nice to have the options.

LOVE!

Not sure why I can’t give this place 5⭐️ which it absolutely deserves, but the pastries are delicious! They are not marked as vegan, but all the ingredients and allergens are clearly listed in the window. I’d say 50% of the options are vegan since most use margarine instead of butter.

Yummy and cheap

I only found two vegan sweet pastries,so I took one of each, and they were both very soft and tasty. Also, this is a very cheap place (about 2 to 5 lei for one pastry). The labels with the ingredients are written in romanian so be sure that you have a translator.

Pros: Cheap, tasty

Cons: Not much vegan options

Nice pastries

This little bakery shop has a range of vegan pastries and for very good prices. I asked about pastries "de post" and the nice man showed me all he got, I took one of each (4 in total) and paid only 11 RON. amazing.

Pros: Very tasty pastries for tea time and nice staff

Delicious pastries

Allergens are labled but only in Romanian, so be careful when reading over them.

A few really great options. We got 3 different things snd split them between 2 of us for a delicious breakfast!

Few choices but yummy and cheap

There are few vegan options (milk and eggs are clearly indicated on the allergens tab of each pastry), but it is good and cheap : we paid 8 lei (1.60 €) for a romanian donut and two strudels.
Only take away, no seating.

Pros: Good romanian pastry, Cheap

Cons: Few options
