Average

We stayed at the hotel (which is lovely with a private secluded beach) and there are very few restaurants nearby, so we had to eat most of our meals here. They don't really have any vegan dishes available, so we relied on them modifying vegetarian or meat options to make them vegan. Everything we ate was quite uninspired. Not bad, but also not good.

There is a place up the road called Armadillo Guesthouse and Restaurant, where we ate one night; the vegan starter, main and dessert were all delicious. I would recommend eating there if you are visiting the north of Grenada: reservations are a must as they only have 8 dining spots each evening.

Pros: willing to adapt dishes to make them vegan

Cons: staff unaware that vegan is dairy-free

Good luck

Suspect all the "vegan" offerings are cooked in the same fat as the non-vegan and that the fat may itself not be vegan. Had a bean burger that I sent back because it tasted fishy, but was so starving I had to eat the 2nd one. No vegan wines.

Pros: Nice setting

Cons: Lack of vegan options, Menu not marked up VG option
