Each day 2 dishes at lunch and the Norwegian kind of early dinner ("middag"), a burger, and two wraps called "kubbe." You could eat there or take away, which is slightly cheaper. Cozy place, seats 12. Fully vegan since mid-2019. Reported closed, May 2021.

Delicious vegan food - Edit
Great vegan food, very good coffee and delicious cakes. Reasonable prices. We had 2 kubbe rolls, 2 americano coffees and raw chocolate cake. Would come back here next time we are in Trondheim!

Many options, rich in taste - Edit
Persilleriet is a small place with many options. When visiting, I had a meal of the day (Indian lentil plate) with lots of different small components which each tasted very nice and rich in flavour. My company had a burger and loved it.

Friendly staff, light lunch - Edit
There was one daily lunch dish and wraps as we visited the restaurant at Erling Skakkesgate in the end of July 2019. They didn’t have burgers. We ate the daily lunch that was a plate with salad, cabbage, beans, rice, hummus etc. Look at my photo in the pictures. We were quite hungry so this was not enough. We ate carrot cake muffins as well and they were good but a little dry.

Seriously good food. - Edit
We had the dinner plate which included a Spanish bean pot with whole grain rice, a wrap with hummus fennel and kale, kålaffel (kale falaffel kinda thing) and a salat with aioli. Everything on the plate was really tasty and well presented. A truly great meal 👌🏻.

Heavenly food, great service - Edit
Love going to a fully vegan place, especially one like Persilleriet that has such good food! I have only tried their food twice, and since their menu changes with the seasons I still have a lot of deliciousness to try. Highly recommended

Tiny place with excellent lunch - Edit
We had the lunch of the day which was an excellent plate of chickpea stew with assorted salads, grains, spreads, and delicious seed knäckebröd. Add to that a perfectly creamy brownie that would make non-vegans jealous. Great place!

Very good food - Edit
This little restaurant may not look very attractive on the outside, but inside it's very cosy with very good food. The service was good as well. We'll definetly come back.

Good veggie food - Edit
I ate at this small vegetarian restaurant the daily dinner/middag. It was excellent in size, I felt myself full (I usually like to eat quite much ;)). There was many different kind of dishes on the same plate, for example soup in a small bowl, vegetarian wrap, salad.. Good tastes. Service was also really quick, but on the other hand there weren't many guests at that moment . Good location in the center of Trondheim.

Veggie Oasis Of Northern Norway. - Edit
In a country where cheap vegetarian restaurants are thin on the ground, it's always a pleasure to find a place like this. I had a really delicious, filling chipolate wrap which really hit the spot. The girl working there at the time was super friendly and helpful.

Best wrap ever - Edit
Went there hoping to get some vegan food, and was very happy with it. The wrap was absolutely delicious and tasted totally different compared to other wraps I had so far! The guy at the counter was very helpful and wanted to know how we found the restaurant - he did not know Happy Cow (so far!). I had a nice cup of tea, but you can also have tap water for free. They also have a bathroom - just ask for it, you have to go out and downstairs.

Trondheim's fish-free haven - Edit
This place is truely amazing. In a city where not one dish is unnecessarily served without beef, chicken, or fish, i was able to find this entirely vegetarian and presumably organic haven in the city center. it was quiet and off the busy commercial streets, and though there was limited seating it was quite a comfortable and appropriate atmosphere. the server was amazingly helpful in deciphering the norwegian menu and recommending a mexican special with of the week, which had delicious bean chili, salsa and guacamole on rice and corn. the only downside was that there was a lack of vegetables, though all the other dishes i saw others eating were abundant with them. if you don't eat gargantuous amounts i recommend sharing a meal between two, making it even more affordable than the outrageous prices elsewhere in town. there was so much food i had to get a tray to pack up the rest of my dish to take back to my hotel with me!
