Full, separate vegan menu which includes beans, tofu, and soy chorizo as protein options. Fresh salsa bar. And some of the best escabeche I’ve had! Perfectly pleasant and friendly staff.

I walked in and looked over the menu. After a few minutes of deciding I walked over to the counter where there was no employee in sight. I waited a few minutes for someone to show up while observing how unsanitary it looked. A man walked out and stared at me and mumbled something in Spanish. He then went back in the kitchen so I left.

It's all about El Cheapo - Edit
They do have a vegan menu but it's not the best value. I recommend the El Cheapo with no cheese and the dark red salsa for the best meal 5.25 can get you.
