Vegan breakfast/ brunch - Edit
Great breakfast/ brunch option in the west metro. Tried the avocado toast and tofu scramble. Yes I know those are easy to make at home but it’s nice to have a place to go out and meet people for breakfast.

Several clearly marked vegan items on the menu. Others that can be made vegan. I opted for the Buddha bowl with added tofu. Flavor was on point! Come here if you want something other than your typical veggie burger option (although they do have a house-made veggie burger on the menu). They even had vegan/gf donuts from Sift bakery in their case. This would be a good place to come with Omni friends and everyone leaves happy! Alcohol, coffee, and soft drinks on the menu.

Read moreThe macro bowl with tofu was quite delicious. The tofu looked bland but it was actually seasoned well. Loaded with black beans, roasted sweet potatoes, rice, and bell peppers (all of the aforementioned were seasoned to perfection) atop a fresh spring mix. It’s a winning mixture.
The morning elixir was good too.
Unfortunately, I didn’t care for the Brussels sprouts, which I veganized by omitting the bacon and cheese.
I do wish they had a few more vegan-friendly options. MSP is very veg friendly, but outside the metro proper it’s nice to find places like this to accommodate vegans.
