Amazing vegan choices! - Edit
The Pembrey is a great little pub with a lovely garden area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The vegan food choices are excellent and offer more options than your average pub. I had the vegan "cod" and vegan burger. The cod was absolutely delicious made from courgette and laver bread (my favourite food!)in a crispy mouthwatering batter. I also tasted the burger which my husband ordered, which was also delicious. We will definitely be going back and I'd give it 5 stars if I could!!

A great find- a nice surprise to find both good vegan food and great food presentation. Incredibly accommodating to tastes and meal sizes. Also reasonable prices. Our food was freshly made - no frozen veg! Wonderful 😊 thank you Gavin and staff.

Really welcoming with great vegan options - Edit
On a recent trip to Burry Port, we were so happy to come across the Pembrey Country Inn. It can sometimes be hard to find good vegan options in small towns but the chef was so welcoming and accommodating. We learned that he had worked at a fully vegan restaurant for several years which totally reflected in his understanding of vegan cuisine.
Read moreThey update the menu with the seasons - whilst we were there options included tagine, lasagne, chilli, burgers, wellington and a vegan fish and chips using local seaweed.

100% visit here especially for the vegan fish and chips - Edit
I loved this place it had everything I wanted and the welcome was great I was never without a drink and the chef had proper knowledge of vegan.
