Great new find - Edit
This was my first time at Peloton, but it won't be the last. The loaded vegan breakfast sandwich was especially outstanding. I liked the atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Another vegan brunch option: awesome - Edit
I can't believe this neighborhood is lucky enough to have multiple friendly bike shop/vegan-friendly cafes to pick from. Peloton has got the right mood for: hanging with your friends, reading a book,
Read moredoing a little work, or meeting someone for flirty drinks, all at once. That's a lot of bases covered. And when it comes to vegan brunch, they're doing the lord's work over here in First Hill.
Peloton now has a whole vegan menu that ranges from carb bombs like the Hot Mess to veggie-forward dishes (where the veggies are treated with respect and not fried to a pulpy mass) The mac n cheese is pretty goddamn good. The artichoke hearts are amazing.
It's not labeled but they have vegan worcestershire sauce for a vegan bloody mary (which I think is their default).

Perfect place for vegans and vegetarians - Edit
This cafe is amazing. They have a whole vegan menu but also non vegans items if you are with friends who aren’t vegan. I was super impressed with their breakfast menu. It can be rough finding vegan breakfast options but this place has their breakfast menu broken up in two three equally long parts(meaty, vegetarian, and vegan). They also offer a happy hour menu and dinner menu for people going later in the day. They are split into the bike shop on one side and cafe on the other side. They have a good amount of seating and even have outdoor seating for nice weather days. The service was super friendly and the portion size was actually really impressive. Both my BF and I got breakfast sandwiches and neither one of us could finish it fully. The ingredients tasted fresh and the coffee and tea were also quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this cafe and be back to try more of their menu.

Great vegan breakfast options and fun ambiance - Edit
We went on a Friday morning, and they were busy, but we got lucky and a table opened up. We had the vegan hot mess sandwich, the vegan avocado toast, and soy lattes. The hot mess sandwich was decadent and delicious. The avocado toast felt lighter and healthier, but still luxurious. The lattes were good. We liked the vibe inside and the friendly servers who were very welcoming to our dog. We'll be back to try more of the vegan options! So many things looked good that it was hard to decide.

Great vegan sandwiches - Edit
We ordered the vegan kimchi breakfast sandwich with tofu bacon and the vegan breakfast hash. I thought the sandwich had a good combination of flavors but my partner was not very impressed and said it was something he could make at home. The hash wasn’t bad but nothing special. I’d be willing to come back and try more of their menu. Would be great to see more plant forward options instead of just vegan substitutes.
Read moreCame back to try the vegan breakfast burrito and vegan pastrami sandwich—both good, but the vegan pastrami was a strong favorite. The burrito had a good mix of veggies and not cooked to mush but it needs some hot sauce or salsa IMO.

Get the vegan pastrami - Edit
There is no reason that cabbage and broccoli should taste so amazing on a hot sandwich but it does! Everything here vegan is incredible and the staff is the friendliest in town. I wish I could give them 5 stars since they have more vegan options than many vegetarian places.

Loaded vegan sandwich - Edit
The loaded vegan breakfast sandwich with tofu bacon is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’ve had a few other things and they’ve all been good but this sandwich is what keeps me coming back. I love the staff here and enjoy going every single time. Couldn’t recommend more.

It’s Fair - Edit
I ordered the Loaded Vegan Breakfast Sandwich and the USA aka A Hot Mess - Vegan. I wasn’t really blown away with either, although the hot mess was better in my opinion albeit, messy. Decided to come here for my breakfast sandwich fix since Red Cafe is currently closed for renovations. Red Cafe is still my go-to breakfast sandwich place.

Very cute/cool spot with great vegan options - Edit
I ordered the vegan hot mess for lunch and it was as good as the picture online. All the saucy fried onion mixture tumbled out so it made almost for a side. After awhile I felt like damn, I had way too much bbq sauce (sweetness overload) but it was delicious and now I’m curious about their other healthier options if I get a chance to swing by again. I had mine to go, limited seating it looked like but had a nice vibe and drinks and such too.

Great vegan breakfast! - Edit
Absolutely fantastic vegan breakfast. There were so many options, and all sounded incredible. The menu is split by meat, vegetarian, and vegan, all basically the same but based on your dietary preference. The espresso machine was broken, but the coffee was strong and flavorful. It's also a really cool space with plenty of outdoor seating. Tons of hot sauce options, too!

Best Vegan Burrito I've Ever Had - Edit
The burrito is huge and everything in it is fresh. Peppers (poblano?), Sweet potato, onions, tofu, Field Roast sausage, cauliflower...I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I eat at least one of these a week. I eat half, take half home.
Read moreThe Vegan tacos on Thursdays are mission style and amazing. The veggies are grilled and each taco is topped with grilled pineapple.

food is great, coffee is meh - Edit
They have an amazing sandwich that can be made vegan. It's got a ton of garlic on it and is delicious. However, their coffee is pretty sub par and a bit overpriced
