Best corporate coffee shop - Edit
There are better options within a 15 min drive of this specific location but in general Peet’s is great if you’re waking up early for a road trip and just want a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee for the road.
Read moreIt’s open really early which is great because most vegan restaurants don’t open until 9am-11am and are closed a day or two out of the week.
Most importantly you can find these in a lot of California towns that don’t have any other options around.
As far as Peet’s go, this one is in a good spot because it’s got outdoor tables and some grass to sit on. Your non vegan friends can grab food next door and you can all sit together.
I hope Peet’s pushes Starbucks to step their game up vegan wise.
The food here is good enough that you want seconds. It is fast food though so don’t compare it to a juicy sandwich from Lil Barn Coffee House.
Pros: Two vegan sandwiches (Vegan menu sometimes), Decent Coffee, Lots of locations in vegan deserts
Cons: Heavily processed food, Sandwich a little dry (ask for hot sauce), Reheated. Not fresh.

Get the Plant-Based Sandwich - Edit
I get the plant-based sandwich and brown sugar oat milk latte every time I come here. It’s pretty based, but great if you’re in a rush in the morning. Also the coffee is way better than other chains.
Read morePros: Multiple vegan options, Friendly staff, Fast service
Cons: Not completely vegan
