Get what you pay for - Edit
Lots of options, and more affordable than many other places. Or dishes were ready in ten minutes, which is crazy fast.
Read moreBut the food was just meh. The pad Thai was not good (the noodles were dense and slimy) and the lemongrass vegan dish was just OK.
Pros: Options, Price, Fast takeout
Cons: Taste, Lack of flavor

5 Star! - Edit
Peanut Sauce is delicious, affordable, and reliable.
Read moreThe last several pages of their menu is dedicated to their myriad veg options, virtually all of which
are vegan or can be made vegan by ordering
without egg. (It's basically a reiteration of the
non-veg portion of their menu.) Lots of appetizers; large variety of curries, including avocado; tons of different stir-frys, noodles, and rice dishes; and the best tom kha in Washington.
Pros: Huge veg menu, Good portions, Inexpensive
Cons: Closed Sundays

Ask for the vegan menu. Worth it! - Edit
Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because the restaurant is not vegan. Ask for the vegan options. They have a ton!

Easy to navigate menu - Edit
What I love best about Peanut Sauce is how they make it so simple to find their vegetarian menu items. Plus there’s a lot of options to choose from. Everything I’ve eaten here is very good.

Massive Veg Menu - Edit
Are you tired of going to Thai places and being limited to a single fried rice dish or a dubiously “vegan” curry? Do you long to find a place that can offer convincing versions of the non-vegan classics like tom kha or green papaya salad? Then get over to Peanut Sauce, stat! The last several pages of their menu is dedicated to their myriad vegetarian options (virtually all of which are vegan or can be made vegan by ordering without egg). It’s basically a reiteration of the non-veg portion of their menu. Fried and fresh spring rolls; lots of fragrant curries; pages of stir-frys, noodle dishes and fried rice; and the most delicious tom kha you will ever eat in your life. This place is so good! And it’s inexpensive to boot!

Delicious! - Edit
Loved the separate menu that is clearly labeled. I felt like pretty much everything was also gluten free! My husband and I shared the Veggie Pad Thai, so delicious! Saucy and flavorful. We ate it all. We also ordered the Pineapple Curry which was also wonderful. Everything came out nice and hot and pretty quick! The staff was very friendly and they were definitely hustling to attend to everyone as quickly as possible. So happy I tried this restaurant and will for sure be back!

Excellent food - Edit
Level 3 was a bit too spicy for me, but overall really good food. They were super accommodating to my strange requests for no onion and garlic. I would return!

I just love this place! - Edit
I wish I can give it 5 stars. My husband and I have been eating here for a while and have always been pleased. I can be picky so I tend to ask (very nicely) for modifications and I have never gotten any negative response from staff. I just placed a to go order and asked if they can use little to no oil and the response I got was, "Of course!". What an awesome place!!

Delicious! - Edit
I went here with my husband whom is not a vegetarian or vegan and we were able order our own food and they were both very good. They were on top of the service and very friendly. Be sure to tell them you are vegan though because some of the vegetarian dishes contain eggs. their menu is divided between meat and vegetarian, so its easy to know what is meatless

Just happened across this quaint little restaurant. Clean and good service. They have a whole section of their menu devoted to vegetarians. The servings are not big but they are very good.

I LOVE this place! - Edit
I have had nothing but awesome experiences here. As other reviews state, be sure to mention that you would like a vegan version of whatever you are ordering. They have an entire vegetarian menu, most of which is vegan. Every server I've ever had does know what vegan means, and they are very accommodating. I even had a server ask me one time if I wanted it vegan before I could even say it, and it's not because she recognized me! My favorite dish there is the fried tofu and rice casserole.

Really wanted to like this place - Edit
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, I found the food underwhelming. It was overly sweet and just not as fresh and vibrant as I'm used to in Thai food. They do not know the difference between vegan and vegetarian, although there is an entire vegetarian section of their menu and when we asked they said they do not use fish sauce or oyster sauce in the vegetarian meals. Be very specific about egg- our server told us it was in the fresh rolls, which seems unusual. I have half a mind to try it again, getting something different, but I think I'll just try out one of the other restaurants in the area instead.

don't always know what vegan is - Edit
I have eaten here many times and it took my a few times to realize a lot of the wait staff doesn't actually know what vegan is. the clincher was when they kept asking me if I wanted egg with that. the food is good but I don't trust it anymore.

Fried Avocado - Oh my god - Edit
Peanut Sauce is awesome! I've gone a few times and have been happy with my food every time. The fried avocado appetizer is a dream come true - crunchy on the outside, creamy and warm on the inside, and VEGAN. It's a bit pricy at $6.50, but soo worth it.
Read moreThe avocado curry is also REALLY good, with a green curry base, eggplants, baby corn, basil, avocado, green peppers, and mushrooms. You can get fres tofu, meat,or more vegetables for free, or fried avocado for an extra dollar. I've also had the panang curry, which is pretty standard for a Thai restaurant, but you can get any curry dish with brown rice, which I appreciate.
A friend who is also vegan got the pad thai and asked for no egg, but then found egg in the dish. The waitress apologized, but apparently this has been a problem with other people, too.
The Thai iced tea with coconut milk is delicious too!
Pros: Fried avocado!!!!, Separate veggie menu, Authentic
Cons: pricy, egg in pad thai
