Nice brewery with pub but very little vegan options - Edit
They have a few vegetarian but no vegan dishes on the menu. Upon inquiry the server asked in the kitchen and they offered sautéd vegetables with potatoes. The dish was very tasty, just no other option. The fries are fried in vegetable oil but they are no menu item. Still, you can order fries by themselves. It's a nice place, and it's great that they offer to make vegan food upon request, I just wish they had some menu items.

Vegan option removed - Edit
We went yesterday after seeing they had a vegan option on Happy Cow. Unfortunately it has been removed from the menu and there were only 2 vegetarian options- quiche or an aubergine gratin. The waitress checked what they could do for me and the chef put together a very simple salad. Wouldn't recommend for vegans.

A big plate of warm vegan escalope in the Hautes Fagnes - Edit
Several vegetarian options and 1 vegan dish but totally worth it.
Read moreIt's not written on their menu (they change it regularly according to the seasons) but clearly indicated on a big chalkboard.
It's a vegan escalope (actually 2) with provençale vegetables and roasted potatoes.
The whole staff understand what's vegan and what's not so it makes it easier. #Veganuary

I think they change the menu once in a while, so better check the menu on the website before going.
