Lots of tofu dishes (satay sauce vegan), could order seaweed without the topping, the sesame toast is vegan, plus a few other starters. Busy on weekends so better book ahead. Open Wed-Fri 17:00-22:00, Sat 16:30-22:00, Sun 12:00-13:30, 17:00-21:30.

Great food, all you can eat joy, friendly staff - Edit
The title is a great summation of the dining experience at Peaches. The food is high quality and everything we had was tasty (except for 1 dish that had a slightly odd aftertaste - Singapore noodles if you’re interested). As a vegan the all you can eat format is a bit of a unicorn so that’s a huge plus. The staff are friendly and knowledgable - you just know when the staff are clued up from how they talk and answer questions and the staff here KNOW what vegan is and what you can have from their menu.
Read moreGenerally, dishes with a vegetable/tofu option can be made vegan. I do wish menus were better labelled and this could be improved. That said - staff knowledge meant this wasn’t really an issue for dining in but for takeout this could be problematic. Given that’s a minor point, 4 stars and highly recommended.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
I was so surprised by the choice at Peaches, I usually struggle to find Chinese restaurants with vegan food but their choice of vegan dishes is exceptional and everything is clearly marked. We went for the all you can eat menu and I was given a separate vegan menu, as well as my own platter of vegan starters so that everything was separate and I could try a bit of everything. The staff are really helpful and the food tasted amazing! Highly recommend.

We have been to peaches twice so far and it’s amazing . The staff know exactly what to do when you explain that you are vegan . If you go on one of the all you can eat days they will make you a vegan platter of all sorts of dishes . Pretty much anything can be made vegan on their menu , they simply said choose and we will do the rest. The first time we went in a large party and someone had allergies as well as us vegans and they were able to accommodate completely for that too . Highly recommend , as a socially awkward vegan however I wish they made a dedicated vegan menu inside as well as for ordering online

Super helpful staff and tasty food - Edit
Went for one of the all you can eat nights as part of a large group but the staff were still really helpful. They gave me my own plate of mixed starters and vegetable yuk sung so that nothing was too confusing land all the food was delicious!

Fantastic vegan options - Edit
Had a takeaway from here after visiting to eat in years ago and it was as good as I remembered. This is the only chinese restaurant that I’ve seen around here that labels what is vegan on their menu which makes the process so much smoother instead of having to play 21 questions. The food is exceptional, so tasty and filling. I can’t wait for them to open back up so I can go and sit in.

The menu is really clear on what is vegan, there are loads of options & the staff were great at ensuring I knew what I could choose. The food is delicious & the ‘all you can eat’ option is a bargain. I can’t wait to go back!

Great vegan options, including sesame toast without prawns/chicken! The staff are happy to alter vegetarian options to make them vegan and double check to make sure things are definitely vegan.

Staff were helpful when identify what could be made vegan, they checked with the chef to be sure. The food was extremely boring and bland 3/10. Most of the vegetable options can be made vegan.

Peaches came highly recommended on the local vegan Facebook page, so we had to give it a try as a vegan.
Read moreWe’d been a few times before in the past, so we know the restaurant is great for service and quality. As vegans it was an extra level of service we’d not seen before.
The staff are well informed about which options are vegan, and can even advise which ingredients from other options can be used to make your own vegan options.
The tofu and vegetables were cooked perfectly and the flavours were fantastic, the other people with us also tried some of the vegan options and really enjoyed them.
5 of the 8 dessert options were vegan and we loved them all.
We’ll definitely be going back.

Homely and hearty - Edit
Situated just outside the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme, this Chinese restaurant has a homely, cosy feel that is bolstered by the friendly, easygoing service. The cuisine is excellent, though (as is generally the case with many veggie Chinese options!) often deep fried, so definitely a treat if you're of a slimming frame of mind.
