Nice Town, Vegan Options - Edit
Some solid vegan offerings. Vegan options listed as such on the menu, but might still need some explaining to the staff in order to ensure that the vegan substitutions are made. For example, vegan cheese instead of the listed feta cheese on the hummus and avocado quesadilla. Not the fastest service, but the space lends itself to hanging out and taking your time.

Surprising vegan options and REALLY friendly staff - Edit
The staff here were so nice that if there weren't food options I could see myself going out of the way to grab coffee here. But there are food options, and they are equally as tasty.
