Vegan food truck run by Peace Cafe - check facebook for location changes and updates. Home-style recipes, including the green garden burger patties and sauces. No onion or garlic. Gluten-free and dessert offerings daily. Since 2018 it's been parking at Sustainability Courtyard of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Formerly known as Plant-Based Heaven Green Garden. Reported closed February 2023.

A Small Gem

If you're up in the University area, look for the Green Garden truck mountain side of Sakamaki Hall, in a pleasant garden courtyard. Hours 9 AM to 2 PM weekdays. Their menu is small, but everything is made with love, is tasty and reasonably priced. Worth a visit or two!

Pros: friendly , affordable, healthy

Cons: small menu, you'll have to hunt for them, no real cons
