On a visit to the National Gallery - Edit
As an update, I went to the Pavillion Cafe because it was near the National Gallery. They do have one vegan choice, a Mediterranean hummus veggie wrap. The wrap was fine, not super exciting but edible. They have several salads that were vegetarian. The salads are premade and so they could not make them w/o cheese.

It was good that there were plant based options without having to leave the museum. Several good options on the menu.
