Rather basic burgers - Edit
Had the No Meat Burger with "meat substitute" (vleesvervanger). I dont know what brandweer use for that, but the patty was dry and did not have much taste. The burger was ok but just didnt taste like much. The sweet potato fries and wedges were also not really seasoned and rather blend. Paired up with the prices for the burgers, I would not go back. There are many better vegan burgers in Gent.

No separation of foods? - Edit
From what I understood from a Paul's boutique employee from Kortrijk the foods are not processed separately. Like the veggie burgers are baked on the same heat plate with the meat burgers so for me that's a big no-no.

I heard a lot of good things about this place but I didn't like it. The burgers are grilled on the same grill as the meat which to me is really not done. The staff also couldn't tell me which burgers were vegan and I had to ask them to leave several things out. All in all the burger wasn't bad but in my opinion it was really overpriced for a very simple burger and fries (10 EUR). I'm quite sure that I won't return to this place.
